NEW YORK (Reuters) - Clothing company Kellwood Co, which owns Baby Phat and Phat Farm, said on Tuesday it entered into a licensing agreement with shoe maker Steven Madden Ltd to make a line of shoes and accessories under the Fabulosity brand.

Kimora Lee Simmons, the fashion designer behind Baby Phat, will be the creative director for the collection of shoes, handbags, belts and small leather goods for young women that will be sold exclusively at J.C. Penney Co Inc.
